Community and Care

Navsheen's work extends beyond one-to-one practice , into communities, charities, and education where early understanding and accessible care can make the greatest difference.

She has  collaborated with mental health charities supporting children and adults with disabilities, and facilitated career and counselling workshops that help students and young professionals build clarity, confidence, and compassion in their work.

Through training and supervision, she aims to make evidence-based psychology approachable: equipping future practitioners with practical tools, ethical foundations, and a mindset grounded in both science and empathy.

Navsheen believes that community work strengthens empathy, widens perspective, and ensures that evidence-led psychology remains human at its core.
