Navsheen Kaur, GMBPsS 
Psychologist | Neuro-Specialist | UK Registered

Navsheen Kaur is a highly accomplished psychologist whose evidence-led practice is supported by a robust academic foundation. She is a PhD Researcher at King’s College London focusing on psychometrics and practical tools for day-to-day functioning. Her prior training includes an MRes in Developmental Neuroscience from Yale School of Medicine and UCL.

Navsheen specialises in providing measurable, data-driven, and practical insights for behavioral and emotional challenges across the age spectrum, from young adults to the elderly. Her approach moves beyond conversation, using a state-of-the-art, neuro-focused methodology to pinpoint the root causes of symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, or chronic overload and mental and behavioural conditions.

Her skill set spans keen observational tactics, thorough documentation, and adept communication with both patients and healthcare teams. She is proficient in various therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral modification techniques, and family therapy.​

Navsheen is particularly adept at utilising psychometric assessments and career counselling to support individuals' academic, emotional, and social growth. She has a proven track record of empowering children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental and language disorders. Her hands-on experience has further deepened her understanding of key counselling traits such as resilience, empathy, and a client-centered focus.
